I like challenge. My previous careers as a mathematics teacher, computer programmer and systems analyst are evidence of this attribute. I entered the real estate business in 1992, when many agents were leaving the field. In spite of the poor market, I found buyers and sellers. Nobody knows the real estate market like I do! I know the houses that are for sale, the houses that have sold and those that have not sold. I know the listed properties, the For Sale by Owners and the bank REOs.
